Hi, I’m Audrey Gardiner, Los Angeles-based Certified Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant.

I'm here to help high-achieving CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, founders, and creatives action on a plan to get stronger and activate the visionary leader inside. Together, we work towards high performance and towards living the life you really want.

As a highly accomplished Content Executive with 20+ years of entertainment industry experience, I’ve worked on the creative and corporate sides of the business and have deep experience in high-performing, evolving, innovative, and tech-driven cultures. Combining my empathic nature with a results-driven sensibility, I show up with courage, curiosity, and creative vision to bring out the best in you and your company and to create lasting change.

I bring with me close to a decade of leadership at Netflix, spanning an unparalleled period of explosive growth, where the only constant was change. I ran sales at eOne where making our numbers was everything. I’ve lived through remit and role changes, company mergers, management exits, team reorgs, challenging managers, performance pressure and high stakes negotiations.

Trained at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and at the UK-based Team Coaching Studio, I am ICF certified and ACC accredited.

COACHING

12 x 60 min One-on-One.
One-hour weekly private sessions in person or online via video-conferencing.
12 -24 week engagement.
Individual Coaching is ideal if you have specific goals, leadership skills or performance areas that you want to strengthen and want to work one-one-one.
360 Feedback interviews and written report included.
Hogan Assessment available.
5 x 60 min including entire group.
One-hour weekly group sessions in person or online via video-conferencing.
5-10 week engagement. 5-8 participants.
Group Coaching is ideal if you want to learn from others and share your own coaching experience with others.
This can be a group of your own curation or based on open registration dates.
6 × 90 min including entire team.
Ninety-minute sessions in person or online via video-conferencing.
